HOW LEAN IS YOUR LAB?
In the last five years, most large UK Medical Device and Pharmaceutical manufacturers have undertaken 'Lean' type improvement programmes. Significant improvements have been achieved but, in many cases, much more is possible. The question for Laboratory and QA Managers is : "We've done 'Lean' but how lean are we?"
WORKSHOP CONTENT
This workshop is based on BSM's 'Lean Laboratory' simulation exercise and our Lean Library - we have organised our case study material from Lean projects in Medical Device and Pharmaceutical companies into the 29 modules listed below. With the assistance of a consultant, you will select the topics and modules which best meet your needs. Up to six modules can be covered in a one day session.
