BSM is specifically focused on meeting challenges in Life Science organisations. We recognise that while there are common issues, there are also unique challenges in bio-pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical and medical device operations, and that many of these challenges change as each organisation evolves.
For newer organisations, where the focus within the company is often more on product and market development than operational processes, we focus on establishing and maintaining best business practices through the implementation of technology and structured processes in operations and new product development.
For more established organisations, we focus on the challenges of improving productivity and reducing unit costs – primarily through Value Stream Optimisation or Operational Excellence programmes. We are also experts in managing the change that usually results from mergers and acquisitions – particularly with respect to technology and business processes.
