Our consultants have all held senior management positions in manufacturing and consulting organisations in Ireland, Europe and US and on average have 15 years industrial experience. As consultants, each of us has managed several Operational Excellence and ERP Strategy, selection and implementation initiatives in Life Science and Consumer Products companies. Our experience allows us to focus on the important issues quickly and to avoid un-necessary or inappropriate analysis. The people you meet on the sales visits are the ones who will work with you later. There are no ‘juniors’ in BSM.
